Ingredients:- Pink salmon 200 g

- Onion 50 g
- Carrots 50g
- Butter 30 g
- Sour cream 30 g
- Cheese hard 5 g

- Step 1 To prepare the dish, you need to take red fish, pasta, onions, carrots, sour cream, butter (for low-fat fish), hard cheese, parsley, lemon juice.
- Step 2 The fillet of pink salmon is separated from the skin, cut into cubes about 1.5x1.5 cm, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Step 3 Cut the carrots and onions into small cubes.
- Step 4 In a microwave saucepan, melt the butter and fry the vegetables at maximum power for 3 minutes, then stir after 1.5 minutes. Cooking without the lid in the usual mode.
- Step 5 In the meantime, put the cooking paste, dropping it into boiling salted water. Once the water boils again, turn off the stove, cover the pan and leave until done. While we prepare the sauce the paste will just reach the necessary consistency of al dente.
- Step 6 Add the fish to the fried vegetables. Switch on the microwave oven for a maximum of 3 minutes.
- Step 7 Stir the contents of the pan.
- Step 8 Add the sour cream, warm it up a little at 80% power.
