- yeast - 3 st. spoons
- sugar - 1 teaspoon
- warm whey or yogurt - 3 cups
- vegetable oil - 1 st. a spoon
- salt - 1 st. a spoon
- wheat flour - 7 glasses
- warm water - To taste (as necessary (about 2.5 cups)
Preparation: Mix serum, warm water, yeast and sugar. Let stand until foam forms. Add the flour, salt and knead the dough. Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Roll out of each half a thick round tourniquet. Put both breads separately on a baking sheet, oiled, and let stand for 2 hours. Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, lightly moistening the surface of the loaves with water every 5 minutes to make it brown.
