- salmon - 1 Glass (cooked)
- pie crust - 1 piece
- oil - 3 items. spoons
- garlic - 2 teeth
- broccoli stalk - 2 pieces
- eggs - 4 pieces
- milk - 1/4 cup
- onions - 1/4 cup
- mozzarella cheese - 2 Cups
- green onions - 1/3 cup
Slice the garlic and broccoli. Mix the butter and garlic in a small saucepan add the broccoli. Cover and place in a microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and then put again in the microwave for 2 minutes. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add a glass of milk. Add onions, salmon, cheese and broccoli. Pour the mixture into the groove in the pie crust. Bake in a microwave 11-13 minutes. Remove the cake from the microwave and cover with foil, shiny side down. Leave to stand for 5 minutes. Decorate the edges of the cake with chopped green onions and serve.
