This product has a very delicate taste and is important for a healthy diet. It can be used for garnishes, it is very useful for children. Green buckwheat is more slimy and is therefore useful to people who have problems with the gastrointestinal tract. Now she is in free sale, in the departments of healthy eating. Green buckwheat is very good for the beginning of the day, so I hasten to propose a recipe for breakfast.
Ingredients:- Groats buckwheat green 100 g
- Curd 200g
- Sugar 10 g
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
