We cook pork ribs. The fried pork ribs, which we pre-marinated in marinade from balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic and basil, are very tasty and piquant! Ribs prepared in this way can be fried not only in a frying pan, but also to cook on the grill and barbecue during a picnic, bake in the oven! I advise you to serve pomegranate sauce and a salad of fresh vegetables to roast pork ribs!
Ingredients:- Pork ribs 400g
- Vinegar balsamic dark 1 tbsp. l.
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Basil dry 1 tsp.
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Step 1 For the preparation of pork ribs we need the following products: pork ribs, dry basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic.
- Step 2 Pork ribs are piled in a bowl, poured with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sprinkled with salt, black pepper, dried basil and chopped garlic.
- Step 3 Mix thoroughly and put marinade in the refrigerator for 1 hour, before covering the bowl with food film.
- Step 4 Next, fry the pork ribs in a small amount of olive oil on all sides until cooked (on high heat for about 15-20 minutes).
- Step 5 We serve the ribs immediately after cooking, with your favorite sauce and fresh vegetables!
