Slices with berries Each housewife asked at least once in her life the question: "What would this cook for a delicious tea, and that it was very simple, did not require much time and effort?" In the warm season, when the berry season comes, there is nothing easier, than to prepare puffs with some delicious berries, for example, with raspberries. Puffs with raspberries are very tasty and flavorful pastries. There are many ways to cut a puff pastry, but in the recipe I use one of the simplest options: a basket in the shape of a square. Easy acidity of raspberries gives baking a special freshness and lightness. Prepare these puffs for tea on a hot summer day - this is what you need!
Ingredients:- Puff pastry 500 g
- Raspberry 450 g
- Sugar 250g
- Wheat flour 0.5 tbsp.
- Step 1 To prepare the slices we need: puff pastry, sugar, raspberries (you can use both fresh and frozen berries).
- Step 2 Prepare the dough for baking in accordance with the recommendations on the packaging. If necessary, for example, to increase the number of portions or to avoid strong baking during cooking, the dough can be slightly "podrastyanut" fingertips.
- Step 3 Cut the dough into squares. Half of them put on a baking sheet with parchment, sprinkled with flour.
- Step 4 In the remaining pieces cut out the "windows" in the form of squares of a smaller area. Pair the two pieces of workpieces together.
- Step 5 In the "window" carefully put the berries. It is desirable to do this in the form of a small slide, because the dough will rise during cooking and the berries will settle, and thus approximately the same level of filling and dough will be achieved.
- Step 6 Sprinkle puffs with berries sugar (based on the calculation: 3 teaspoons per 1 puff).
- Step 7 Bake in a preheated 200 ° C oven for 20-25 minutes.
