The main remedy for diarrhea, as with intestinal infections, is an abundant drink. To restore the water-salt balance, caused by the loss of fluid, you must drink a solution of "Regidron", a decoction of chamomile or strong unsweetened tea. You should drink about a third of a glass of liquid per hour.
If by the end of the day the diarrhea decreases, then you can start eating crunches from wheat bread. On the second day, being careful, you can enter into the diet of low-fat chicken broth, sour-milk products, liquid porridge. Hard products are better to exclude, as they contribute to the upset stomach.
In the next three days after diarrhea, completely abandon the meat soups, fried meat, vegetables and fruits that contain fiber, which strengthens the work of the intestines. From the use of milk, too, should refrain.
