Ears well rinse and clean. Then put them to cook on a slow fire. The longer you cook, the better. I usually cook for about 2 hours. When the ear is cooked, leave it to cool, and then cut into thin straws. Welded in a steep egg in the same way cut into strips. Onions finely chopped and doused with boiling water. We peel green peas. All the ingredients are put in a salad bowl, we add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and a pretty mix. We let the salad stand for 5 minutes and can be laid out on plates. Bon Appetit!
