- flour - 1 cup
- sugar - 2 items. spoons
- baking powder - 2 teaspoons
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- egg - 1 piece
- milk - 1 glass
- Butter - 3 Art. spoon (melted and slightly chilled)
Preheat the frying pan over medium heat and oven to 80 degrees. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add the egg, milk and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Mix with whisk. The dough should have small and medium lumps. Lubricate the pan with 1/2 teaspoon oil. Wipe excess paper towel. Fill the confectionery bag with a round tip dough. Squeeze the dough into the center of the frying pan in the shape of a heart. Fry for about 2 minutes until the pancakes are slightly fried at the edges, then turn and fry until golden, about 1 minute. Repeat with the rest of the test, using 1/2 teaspoon oil for each shipment. Put the finished pancakes in a preheated oven to keep them warm.
