- Yolk - 2 pieces

- Garlic - 3-4 teeth

Whisk olive oil, lemon juice and yolks with a hand blender. It is very important to whisk at the very bottom of the bowl. When the mixture is slightly thickened and looks like real mayonnaise - add finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper, and whisk until smooth. Actually, homemade garlic mayonnaise is ready for use.
