Preparation: Stir the barley malt with cold water and let stand for 12-16 hours. Then pour the mixture into a large saucepan, add salt and simmer for 2 hours. Add the hops to cook for 30 minutes. Strain the beer, add fresh brewer's yeast, molasses (or jam) and mix thoroughly. Let the beer stand for 6-9 hours. Then pour into bottles and leave them open for 8 hours. After that, the beer is ready for use. Bottles need to be closed and stored in the refrigerator.
