- berries cranberries - 450-500 Grams (fresh or frozen)
- sugar - 1 glass
- vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons (or 1 vanilla bean)
- orange - 2 pieces (with zest)
- vodka - 750 milliliters
With oranges remove the peel and cut it into thin strips of 4-5 cm in length. Place the cut citrus peel in a jar with a sealed lid, pour the vodka and close the lid tightly. Leave to infuse in the closet for 1 week. Berries, sugar and vanillin put in a medium saucepan, add a glass of water and cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until the berries burst. As a rule, it takes 5-6 minutes. Let the cranberries cool down, pour the mixture into a sterile jar with a tight lid and leave it in the closet for 1 week. After a week, strain both components through a dense strainer or cloth, mix in a clean dry bottle and close the lid. Chic cranberry vodka is ready!
