The longer you will withstand it, the tastier it will become. Preparation: Stir honey in water in a large saucepan, add the hops and bring to a boil. Cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Strain the honey liquid into a container, add the yeast and let stand at room temperature for a week without closing. After a week, close the container with beer and put it in a cool place for 3 days. After a week, home-made beer will be ready for consumption. Finished beer bottled, closed and stored in the refrigerator.
