Rewrite in 3 columns adjectives, nouns and verbs that you used, setting out a dream. And realize what feelings are reflected in it. For example, in the 1 st column words of the type predominate: coarse, selfish, incorrect; in the 2 nd - tears, treason, scandals; in the third - I'm afraid, I do not want to, I'm tired ... It is not hard to guess which message from the inner "I" is encrypted in the dream. If you analyze it correctly, you can quickly solve the problem of uncomfortable relationships.

Sleep is not a dream
We can hear inner voice not only in dreams. At the moment of waking up in the morning or drowsiness during the day, the unconscious and consciousness are very close.

The state of delayed awakening.
You get up, wash your face, make coffee, wake your family ... And then the alarm goes off. It turns out that all this was half asleep - when you woke up, you again dozed off. So there is accumulated fatigue, physical or moral. The subconscious says: "No, I will not let you wake up" and deceives the illusion that you have already risen. You have to think about passive rest! Just sit, just lie down. Oh, you are not used to wasting time? But you see, the subconscious assures that now you just need this relaxation.

The state of perplexity.
Where I am? What day is today? What should I do? Do I have to wake up and get up immediately? It is not necessary that the night before was a stormy evening. Such a state often happens in people whose way of life and work, first, do not have a clear schedule, and secondly, they are not quite satisfied with them. If such awakening (sometimes it is accompanied by vegetative symptoms: rapid heartbeat, trembling, sweating) happens often, it is clearly time to make life more orderly and meaningful.

The state of "pink sleep."
Awakening is pleasant. Something ordinary, domestic, but very warm, good is dreaming. And finally wake up do not want to. If there is no time to listen to your feelings during the day, then you should try to at least not immediately fall asleep. It is not ruled out that it is at these moments that a more objective understanding of the situation will come.

The state is alarming.
Had a bad time with relatives, some terrible events. Wake up, you hope it was just a dream. After that, people call their relatives to find out if everything is all right - too much sleep is like a premonition. But rather, it's just an unclear alarm. That is, in reality it is unclear: everything seems to be good, only small experiences ("Why did the daughter part with this man? Such a good pair"). But the unconscious considers it his duty to warn about all variants of the development of situations on the topic "something is wrong".

The state is fantastic.
You close your eyes only for a minute, and during this time, so much will be in plenty! For example, some disparate events, unfamiliar people - in short, complete nonsense. Such a state of awakening is a sign of a too calm and measured life, few events, impressions, vivid emotions. Perhaps it's time to do something: move, change jobs, make new friends. Yes, it's a risk and an experience. But they are needed for complete harmony!
