1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line the baking tray with parchment paper. Slice the softened butter with slices. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking flour, sugar, soda and salt. 2. Add chopped soft butter into the flour mixture and knead the dough with your hands. Add the cream and stir with a fork before combining. 3. Put the dough on a floured surface and gently knead 12-14 times until you get a thick dough. Form a circle from the dough about 15 cm in diameter and 5 cm in height and lay it on a prepared baking sheet. 4. At the top of the bread make a cross-cut in the form of the letter X. Bake bread for 40 to 45 minutes, until the internal temperature of the bread reaches 80 degrees. 5. Lubricate the top of the bread with melted butter and lay it out for cooling on a rack. Allow the bread to cool completely before serving.
