Juveniles in conflict with the law

Minor children often become a serious problem for society. Not always family relations help their psychology to develop in the right direction. Adolescents often come into conflict with the law, which can be due to various reasons. Judicial practice shows a large number of minors committing even grave crimes. It should be noted several major groups of adolescents, for certain reasons, becoming violators of the law.

Minors from disadvantaged families.

To unfavorable families it is possible to carry the whole social group of a society. In such families, sometimes there is no one of the parents, often there are cases of alcoholism of parents or conflict with the law. Underage children in this case do not feel part of society, so they are ready to violate all rules and principles. The reason in this case is family relations, because parents could not properly develop the child's psyche. In unfavorable families, minors in conflict with the law are found most often. Only sometimes a child can avoid such a fate, but usually it is the merit of kindergarten teachers and school teachers. Usually children from unfavorable families are subjected to general censure, which becomes an obvious prerequisite for their future attitudes towards society. A minor child understands the possibility of changing his destiny and receiving many material benefits, so the law transgresses.

Children of wealthy parents.

It is not always only a difficult childhood and a lack of wealth that causes the violation of the law. The situation is different when considering juvenile children from rich families. They often do not receive due attention from their parents, but remain under their care. Often such a minor enters into conflict with the law only to prove his own impunity. Children of wealthy parents are sure that "money solves all problems". Resisting the existing foundations of society, they are only trying to attract the attention of surrounding people and assert themselves. The most dangerous situation occurs if the parents once protect the minor from due punishment. At this moment the child understands that he can act as he sees fit.

Abandoned children.

For many years, orphanages have helped children to choose the path of their development and growth in society. However, people still think that it is in them that juvenile offenders appear. In Soviet times, the financing of orphanages was inadequate, and comprehensive condemnation of homeless children caused in their souls only a confrontation with society. For them, conflict with the law is the possibility of violating all rules and proving their own worth. Being underage children in advance have to choose their own way in life, and this is not so simple if they do not receive a share of parental affection and love. Now the situation has changed dramatically, the state has defined children's homes as an important part of the budget. Children receive many material benefits and care of educators, so they can become part of society.

Three separate groups of children show that the society is not so simple and safe. Minor and conflict with the law - inseparable concepts, because the child in this way tries to circumvent and break the foundations and rules. However, you do not need to consider these groups a postulate, because there are always exceptions. A minor child can develop independently, if it is not influenced by third parties and environmental factors.
