- Cranberry fresh 0.25 tbsp.
- Black currant 100 g
- Sugar 2.5 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare the jelly from the cranberry and black currant, we need water, sugar, potato starch, cranberries and black currants (fresh or frozen and pre-thawed).
- Step 2 Currant and cranberries are washed, put into the blender bowl.
- Step 3 Whisk at high speed until a homogeneous berry mass is obtained.
- Step 4 Transfer the berry mass from the blender bowl to the boiling water, mix it, let the water boil again and simmer for a few minutes.
- Step 5 Next, we filter the berry broth through a strainer, we do not need berry cake, but we send the pan with berry broth to the fire, add the sugar, mix it and cook for another minute.
- Step 6 In this time, in several tablespoons of pure cold boiled water, we dilute starch, add it to berry broth, constantly mixing, so that the starch is evenly dispersed. We give the jelly to boil and remove it from the fire. Cool in cold water or at room temperature.
- Step 7 Serve the jelly to the table warm or already completely cooled, pouring on the glasses.
