Sorrel thoroughly wash and finely chop. Transfer to a pan, pour a little water, put on medium heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes, until soft. Decoction to filter, sorrel wipe through a sieve and return to the broth. Starch pour into a glass, half filled with cold water and stir well. Pour into a saucepan with sorrel 0,75 l. cold water, cover with sugar and boil, cook for 3 minutes. Pour a thin stream of diluted starch.
