First you need to rub through the sieve raspberries - so that there are no bones. Next, pour one glass of sugar into the water, put the case on fire, boil it. We take half a glass of cold water, we plant potato starch in it. If you take hot water - starch curls into a ball, so use only a cold one. In the boiling sugar syrup, we lower our dissolved starch and grinded raspberries. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until it thickens. Everything, jelly is ready - it can be either cooled, or served warm.
