Home yoghurt can be served not only as a dessert, but also used for making cold soups and dressing salads. If you have a yogurt, you can make yogurt in it. Preparation: Milk bring to a boil in a saucepan, stirring. Remove the pan from the heat and cool the milk to 30 degrees until it becomes warm. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt with 5 tablespoons of warm milk. Pour the yoghurt mixture into the milk and mix thoroughly. Place in the deep form for baking portioned molds. You can also use baby food jars or glass jars. Pour the mold with warm water so that it covers the molds halfway. Pour the yogurt into molds and wrap with plastic wrap. Let stand in a warm place for 4-5 hours. As a warm place you can use the oven. If after 4 hours the yogurt does not become sufficiently dense, let it stand still for a while. When the yogurt is ready, put it in the refrigerator. Ready yogurt can be used as a starter. You can add sugar, berries or fruit to yogurt.
