We deny ourselves in favorite dishes, try to eat, as little as possible, from which we begin to suffer more and more. But there is a diet that will not only be effective and tasty, but also useful!

Grapefruit diet.
Why grapefruits? There is nothing secret about this. They are useful in the spring, because they help us get rid of beriberi. They are nutritious enough to satiate us. They do not add extra centimeters, do not contain fats and sugar, while they have a beneficial effect on the psyche. Yes, the bright orange color of this fruit, its strong pleasant smell is very useful in the spring. All winter we suffered from lack of light and color, did not feel natural pleasant smells, grapefruit helps to get a charge of positive emotions, thanks to its taste, color and smell.
The only limitation of this diet is that it does not involve writing after 7 pm, this diet is designed for one week and should not be repeated more than once every 3 months. The grapefruit diet does not mean that for a whole week you will only eat only these fruits, they will simply become the basis of your nutrition for a short time, which is very convenient.

The essence of the diet.

Monday.
Breakfast: juice, squeezed from one large grapefruit, green tea without sugar and 100 gr. low-fat yogurt.
Lunch: 1 grapefruit, salad from sea kale with olive oil or lemon juice (200 gr.), Coffee.
Dinner: salad from any greens with lemon juice, half of grapefruit, tea with 1 tbsp. honey.

Tuesday.
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit, 2 crackers without sugar or 2 slices of bread from wholemeal bread, green tea without sugar.
Lunch: 1 grapefruit, lean cheese, 100 gr. low-fat cottage cheese.
Dinner: salad from any fresh vegetables with olive oil (350 gr.), Freshly squeezed juice from 1 grapefruit,, 100 gr. boiled chicken breast.

Wednesday.
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit, muesli with raisins 50 g., Skim yogurt (100 grams), green tea without sugar.
Lunch: vegetable soup with croutons, 1 grapefruit.
Dinner: 1 grapefruit, boiled brown rice (100 grams), tea without sugar. You can add baked tomatoes or pears for dessert.

Thursday.
Breakfast: tea with a slice of lemon, cracker without sugar, grapefruit or a glass of tomato juice.
Lunch: 1 grapefruit, salad from any vegetables and herbs (excluding potatoes, turnip, beans) with lemon juice.
Supper: stewed vegetables (can beans, but not corn and not potatoes), 300 gr., 1 grapefruit, a cup of tea without sugar.

Friday.
Breakfast: fruit salad (grapefruit and any fruit, but not mango and bananas), coffee.
Lunch: 1 grapefruit, cabbage salad with one baked potato with lemon juice.
Dinner: 1 grapefruit, 300 gr. baked white fish of low-fat varieties, fruit juice or tea without sugar.

On Saturday and Sunday you can repeat the menu of the first days of the diet, one day you can 100 gr. white fish or chicken breast.

Thanks to this diet, you will get rid of 3 to 5 kilograms, get a lot of nutrients and vitamins, you will avoid spring depression and you will recover after a sleepy winter. You can lose weight with pleasure!
