In the dish, pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 lime juice, salt and pepper. Wash, dry and cut 1 bunch of coriander and 1 handful of fresh mint leaves. Add to dish and stir. Preparation of fresh tuna fillets: wash and dry with a towel. Cut into pieces, put in a dish with marinade and mix well. Salt and pepper again, and then cover with a plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for one hour (this can be done the day before). Fry on a barbecue not too close to the fire, and pour the remaining marinade.
