In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter, sour cream, 1 egg, baking powder and salt. Add the first 2 cups of flour and see if you can knead a very soft dough that will not stick to your hands or to the sides of the bowl. If this is not enough, add the remaining flour and continue kneading. Divide the dough into 2 parts. One part should be slightly smaller than the other. Wrap them with a plastic wrap and set aside. Preheat the oven to 375F. Thinly crumble the onions. Cut meat and potatoes into small cubes. Add the spices and mix well. Roll out most of the dough on a baking sheet, pre-sprinkling it with flour.
