- Pinto bean cans - 2 Pieces
- spicy sauce Pace® - 1 glass
- garlic powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
- chopped fresh cilantro - 2 st. spoons
- bank of black beans - 1 piece
- small tomato, sliced - 1 piece
- lozenges - 7 pieces
- grated cheese Cheddar - 2 Cups
Mash the pinto beans. Add 3/4 cup spicy sauce and garlic. Mix the remaining sauce, coriander, black beans and tomatoes. Lay out 1 cake on a baking sheet. Spread 3/4 cups of pinto bean mixture on a flat cake. Sprinkle 1/4 cups of cheese on top. Cover with 1 cake and 2/3 cups of a mixture of black beans. On top - 1/4 cup of cheese. Repeat the layers. The last cake to spread the remaining mixture of pinto beans. Cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes. Open. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Slice into slices. Serve with spicy sauce. If desired, sprinkle with cilantro.
