- flour - 1 3/4 Cups
- Wheat germ - 1/4 cup

- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- currants - 1/3 Cups
- orange - 1 piece
- fat cream - 3 cups
- butter - 2 items. spoons
- For glaze: orange - 1/2 Pieces (juice)
- butter - 2 items. spoons
- of powdered sugar - 12 Art. spoons
1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Mix together flour, wheat germ, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add zest of one orange and 1/3 cup of currant. Add the cream and mix. 2. Put the dough on a lightly floured surface. Carefully form a round ball from the dough. Make a flat circle 1 cm thick from the ball. Cut it into 8 triangles. 3. Lay the resulting triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Lubricate the top and sides with melted butter. Bake cakes to light golden color about about 14-18 minutes, depending on your oven. Put the finished cakes on the grill and allow to cool slightly. Serve cakes with butter or glaze. 4. To prepare the glaze, mix a melted butter, orange juice and powdered sugar in a small bowl. Pour the cake with cooked icing, let the glaze froze and serve.
