Salad with mackerel This simple salad has an unusual taste thanks to slices of smoked mackerel, as well as filling with the addition of horseradish. The dish can be diversified by adding slices of salted or marinated cucumbers, they will be very handy here. Horseradish can be taken and one that comes with the addition of beets, that is, red - this is not the point.
Ingredients:- Smoked mackerel 70 g
- Potatoes 100 g
- Beets 120 g
- Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
- Sauce horseradish 1 tsp.
- Black pepper powder 1 g
- Salt 1 g
- Green salad 10 g
- Parsley fresh 5 g
- Step 1 Pre-boil and cool potatoes and beets, cook sour cream, horseradish, greens, black pepper, mackerel fillets, sliced in small slices.
- Step 2 Clean the vegetables and cut into thin plastic. Salad rinse, shake off the water, cut a hard edge.
- Step 3 Put the salad leaves on the dish, then lap and alternate, lay out the slices of potatoes and beets.
- Step 4 Top with slices of smoked mackerel. Prepare a dressing, combining sour cream, horseradish, salt, ground black pepper.
- Step 5 On top of the lettuce relatively evenly lay out the dressing. Before serving sprinkle with chopped parsley.
