Ingredients:- Mackerel 1 pc.
- Pepper black ground 0.3 tsp.
- Table vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Bay leaf 1 pc.
- Pepper fragrant 3 pcs.
- Sugar 0.3 tsp.
- Salt 0.3 tbsp. l.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Onions 1 pc.
- Seasoning for fish 1 g
- Step 1 Prepare frozen mackerel, vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, onion, bay leaves, garlic, sweet pepper.
- Step 2 Remove the mackerel to such a state that it can be cut with a knife. Remove the head and viscera, wash again outside and inside.
- Step 3 Cut into pieces about 2 cm wide.
