Prepare vegetables. Pepper cut in half, remove the septums and seeds, wash, cut into thin strips. Carrots rinse, cut into thin strips. Wash the mushrooms, remove the skin from the hats. Mushrooms cut into thin plates. In bean pods cut the tips and pods cut into small pieces.

Preheat the vegetable oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom. Add finely chopped garlic and ginger, fry until golden brown. Add carrots to the frying pan, fry over high heat (shaking the frying pan periodically) for about 1 minute. Add pepper, string beans and mushrooms. Fry, stirring, on high heat for 2 more minutes. It is desirable to add sesame oil. Vegetables season with soy sauce, stir and serve.
