We wash our plums with running water. Cut the plums in half, remove the bones. Put the plums on a baking sheet with a cut up, put in an oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 20 minutes. If the plums are small - put a smaller temperature so that the plums do not burn. We remove the plums from the oven, let them cool to room temperature. We put plums in a bowl of a blender or a food processor. Grind until a homogeneous mass is obtained. We pour into a large bowl. Add sugar, mix well. We cover the baking tray with parchment paper. Evenly distribute a layer of plum puree about 0.5 cm thick on the baking sheet. I obtained three whole baking sheets from the indicated number of ingredients. Previously figs dried in the sun, it took 2-3 days. We will do otherwise: warm up the oven to 60-70 degrees and put our baking tray on the clock at 6-8. During this time the fig is completely dry and will get a smooth surface. Actually, it remains only to cut figs and beautifully wrap - as in the photo. Children will be delighted :)
