- eggs - 2 pieces
- cheese - 2 Slices
- ham - 2 Slice
- oil - 1 st. a spoon
- mushrooms - 100 Grams
- black pepper - 1 To taste
Chop the ham, mushrooms and cheese. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and lightly pepper. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Pour the beaten eggs into boiling oil. Fry a couple of minutes, then add slices of ham, mushrooms and sprinkle with cheese. Fold the omelet with the filling inside. You can use tomato slices as a side dish.
