- Bread white (baguette) - 200 Grams
- Large tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Bulb - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 Teeth
- Basil leaves - 5 pieces
- Olive oil - 20 milliliters
- Balsamic vinegar - - To taste
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
Finely chop our tomatoes. As much as possible finely chopped onions, garlic and basil. Mix the crushed vegetables together with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Baguette is cut into small portions and lightly fried in a dry frying pan (without adding oil). On the fried pieces of baguette we lay out the vegetable stuffing. Bon Appetit!
