1. Preheat the oven to 240 degrees. Add ch.l. beef fat in each pot, in which we will bake pudding. Lubricate the sides of each of the pots. Put the baking tray in the oven to warm it well. Add eggs to a bowl and gently stir with a fork so that the yolks and proteins are mixed. Add salt and pepper. In a large bowl, mix the flour and pour in the eggs. Mix with a fork. Do not use the mixer at this stage, since then the flour will dissolve throughout the kitchen. Add milk and water and whip with a fork or mixer until all the lumps disappear. 2.
