- dry yeast - 21/4 Teaspoons
- Warm water - 11/2 Cups
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- salt - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 2 pieces
- evaporated milk - 1 cup
- flour - 7 Cups
- Fat added to the dough - 1/4 cup
- vegetable oil - 1 liter
- powdered sugar - 1/4 cup
1) In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt, eggs, condensed milk and stir well. Then you need to gradually add 7 cups of flour and fat to this mixture so that the dough is soft and mixed until smooth. Cover and leave for 24 hours. 2) Roll out the dough 2 cm thick. Divide into 10 rectangles. Fry in hot oil. If the fritters do not rise, then the oil is not hot enough. 3) Remove ready-made fritters from the pan, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
