To decompose it into half-liter jars so that raspberries fill the jar to the brim. 3. Prepare sugar syrup and pour raspberries with hot syrup. 4. Clog and pasteurize for 15 minutes at a temperature of 80 degrees. 5. Put the compote upside down and keep it until it cools down.
