Ingredients:- Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
- Milk 500 ml
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Ricotta cheese 200g
- Salmon salted 200 g
- Fresh dill 1 bunch
- Step 1 Prepare the pancakes. For this, take: flour, milk, eggs, vegetable oil, salt.
- Step 2 Mix the eggs with one glass of milk. Stir well. Add salt and sugar.
- Step 3 Sift all the flour. Stir gently. The dough should turn out without lumps.
- Step 4 Pour in the remaining milk. Stir well.
- Step 5 Add the oil. At this point, I give the test a little rest, about 7-10 minutes. In the meantime, you can prepare the filling.
- Step 6 For the filling you will need: salmon lightly salted, ricotta cheese, greens.
- Step 7 Cut the salmon into thin strips (for this you need to hold it in the freezer for about 20 minutes, then you can easily cut it thinly).
- Step 8 Finely chop the greens and mix with the cheese.
- Step 9 Let's get ready for the pancakes. Frying pan warm up well and grease with vegetable oil (it is better to do it with a culinary brush). Pour the dough over the heated frying pan with the help of a cookie.
- Step 10 When the edges of the pancake will go well from the frying pan, the pancake needs to be turned over.
- Step 11 Put the pancake on the work surface and grease with cheese mass.
- Step 12 Next, lay out a few pieces of salmon (depending on how you cut it, I had 3 pieces for each pancake).
