- Garlic - 3 Teeth
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Raw Brazil nuts - 2 Cups
- Lemons (juice) - 2 pieces
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Dried tomatoes in the sun - 1 cup
Soak or brown the Brazil nut is not necessary - just rinse it with cold water. In the bowl of the blender or the processor we add cloves of garlic, pour a little water, add salt and nuts. We also put tomatoes dried in the sun. Then squeeze out the juice of two lemons. We grind everything to homogeneity. Vois-la, the pasta is ready for use! :) Bon Appetit.
