In fact, the culinary traditions of the Italian people are loved not only in their homeland, but also far beyond its borders. Now in the supermarkets and even small shops you can find on sale traditional Italian ingredients: pasta, cheeses, spices. This time, as the main Italian product, there are tagliatelle - flat and thin strips of dough about 6 mm wide. If you believe the legend, this kind of pasta appeared during the Renaissance.
