- eggs - 4 pieces
- sugar - 1/3 cup
- vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoons
- cinnamon - 1/4 Teaspoons
- chopstick butter - 1 piece (soften)
- milk - 4 cups
- biscuit biscuits - 8-10 pieces (or loaf of toasted white bread)
- raisins - 3/4 Cups
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat the eggs to a foam. Add sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and mix well. Add butter and milk, stir. Roughly crumble cookies or bread and add to the mixture. To stir thoroughly. Pour the dough into a frying pan or baking dish. Bake 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm. Season with lemon sauce or "Bourbon" sauce.
