- Table vinegar - 6 Milliliters

- Food Soda - 2 Grams
- Wheat flour - 360 Grams
- Vanilla Sugar - 2 Teaspoons
So, so that there is no confusion, I immediately show all our ingredients. We take a bowl, put salt and sour cream there. Soda is quenched with vinegar and also added to a bowl. Add flour, vanilla sugar, cinnamon. Mix well with a mixer. Add the diced margarine with cubes, continue kneading the dough. After thoroughly mixing all the ingredients, put the mixture on the flour-topped work surface and knead the dough. The resulting dough is divided into 3 equal parts, each of which is rolled into a ball. We put our balls in the freezer for 20-25 minutes. Then we roll our bollocks into a layer, spread it on a baking sheet, pierce it with a fork in several places - and into an oven, heated to 175 degrees, for 20-25 minutes. Ready cake immediately lubricated with condensed milk (one-third of the can for each cake). A similar procedure is done with the rest of the cakes. We form a three-layer cake. We give the cake an even rectangular shape, cutting off the edges. The edges are crushed into a crumb, sprinkle them our cake. We put a nice cake in the fridge for a couple of hours, or better - for the night, after which it will be ready for use. Bon Appetit!
