We cook pink salmon roe - the largest representative of the salmon species. In addition to the content in it of a large amount of easily assimilated valuable protein and unsaturated fatty acids, it also contains many different minerals that are vital to the body. To all these advantages in this fish there are also few bones (which is important for me personally). I propose a recipe fried in a pink salmon pink. Prepare it very quickly, the products require a minimum, but it turns out very juicy and tender.
Ingredients:- Pink salmon 800 g
- Sunflower unrefined oil 150 ml
- Milk 150 ml
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Wheat flour 7 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 0.5 tsp.
- Step 1 For cooking, we need pink salmon, salt, black pepper, eggs, milk, flour (we measure in tablespoons with a slide).
- Step 2 Clear the fish from the bones, remove the skin. Sliced fillets can be of different sizes. Salt and pepper.
- Step 3 For batter, mix eggs, milk, flour. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix until homogeneous. The dough will turn out like a very thick sour cream.
- Step 4 Heat the oil in a frying pan. We dip each piece of fish into the batter so that it is completely covered with the dough, and put it into the pan.
- Step 5 Fry until golden brown.
- Step 6 Put the fried pieces on a plate and serve it to the table. Bon Appetit!
