True, both of these points are easily overcome. When the cleaning lady fell ill, we even took turns washing the floor, and the general director did not hesitate to go down and help something offload.

It is difficult to say unequivocally whether this is good or bad. On the one hand, learning any new skills is always useful. On the other hand, I do not want to gain experience in all spheres of activity. Yes, and focus on the performance of their duties, constantly distracted by something else, is more difficult.

Many people value small companies for a warm, almost "family" relationship. Indeed, when several people stay side by side for a long time, a close relationship develops. However, if the relationship suddenly fails to work, such "affinity" can turn into a huge minus. There is no mass of people with different opinions. When a lot of people with different opinions, it's easy to find allies, and when only a few people are around, you can set everyone up against yourself.

A large collective is also rich in a rich social life. Here more often new people appear and old, wider circle of acquaintances leave.
