Cooking it quickly and easily - the main thing to have at home at least fresh, preferably rustic, milk and white chocolate. Instead of cinnamon and nutmeg, you can add vanilla sugar, coconut shavings or a drop of almond essence.
Ingredients:- Milk 250 ml
- Chocolate white 60 g
- Corn starch 0.5 tbsp. l.
- Cinnamon ground 0.2 tsp.
- Nutmeg powdered with 0.1 tsp.
- Step 1 Prepare milk, chocolate, cinnamon, starch, nutmeg.
- Step 2 1 tbsp. l. Milk is left, and the rest of the milk is brought to a boil, add pieces of chocolate. Reduce the heat to a minimum, stirring, give the chocolate to completely disperse in milk.
- Step 3 Add the cinnamon and a little bit of grated nutmeg. Stir. Leave the left milk with starch and pour into a milk mixture with a thin trickle. Stir well, as soon as a little thickens - remove from heat.
- Step 4 Serve immediately after preparation.
