Pork with artichokes If you wanted to try something new, prepare pork with marinated artichokes and French mustard. Pork stewed in mustard with grains (it is usually added with vinegar) is impregnated with a delicious marinade, onion and garlic gives the meat a sweetness and aroma, and the artichokes that are marinated with olive oil are the same highlight - an unusual taste for many - an interesting discovery.
Ingredients:- Pork pulp 800g
- Onion 2 pcs.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Mustard French (with grains) 1 tbsp. l.
- Artichokes marinated 200g
- Salt 2 pinch
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 For pork with artichokes you will need: pork pulp, onion, garlic, mustard, artichokes, cooking oil and salt.
- Step 2 Cut the pork pulp into small pieces.
- Step 3 Cut the onions into half rings.
- Step 4 Cut the garlic into thin plates.
- Step 5 On a heavily heated frying pan with vegetable oil, put the meat out, after a few minutes, the juice will start to appear, do not forget to stir it.
- Step 6 Add the onion, mustard and salt, stir and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30-40 minutes.
- Step 7 When the meat becomes soft and starts to turn brown, open the lid and add a little fire to allow the liquid to evaporate.
- Step 8 Add the artichokes and stirring continue to roast the meat for another 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
- Step 9 Serve hot meat with mustard.
