After it has completely cooled down, we will get pollock from milk and we will separate the fillet from the bones, skin and cut into small pieces. Sliced ​​onions with half rings are fried in olive oil. Sliced ​​fish fillets are laid on the bottom of the salad bowl. Then grease with a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream. Top put the grated carrot on a large grater. On the carrots put a layer of a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream, then roasted onions. Then the last layer of mayonnaise and sour cream. And on top decorate finely chopped fresh herbs.
