- large eggs - 6 pieces
- skim milk - 5.5 cups
- extract of vanilla - 1 teaspoon
- flour - 1 cup
- of sugar - 2 items. spoons
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Nutmeg - 1 Pinch
- 1/2 cup butter
- apple - 4 pieces
- light brown sugar - 1 st. a spoon
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Mix the eggs, milk and vanilla in a blender. Add flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat mixture until smooth and set aside. Lubricate the baking dish. Put for a short time in the oven until the butter melts. Put apples in one layer in a baking dish. Bake until the oil starts bubbling, about 4 minutes. Pour the dough into apples, sprinkle with brown sugar and continue baking until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and immediately serve.
