Casserole with potatoes and mushrooms There is such a dish in the Belarusian cuisine - "Potato Granny". So, the recipe for this potato casserole was created precisely on the motives of the beloved beloved by many people. The principle of this dish goes back to the history of French cuisine. It is said that it was the French who came up with the remains of yesterday's dinner, sprinkled it with grated cheese and baked. But today who will prove the truth ?! Ingredients:- Potatoes 800 g
- Mushrooms champignons 500 g
- Onion purple 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Fresh rosemary 10 g
- Broth of vegetable 200 ml
- Pepper black ground 4 pinch
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 20 ml
- Step 1 To prepare such a casserole take: potatoes, onions, mushrooms (here mushrooms), carrots, vegetable broth, pepper, salt.
- Step 2 Peel potatoes, cut into medium slices and put into a saucepan. Pour water, salt and cook until ready for about 20-30 minutes.
