Salad with brynza and avocado Light, real spring "green" salad, tasty and healthy! It is rich in vitamins and can serve as an excellent side dish for meat dishes. Ingredients are well combined, and a light classic salad dressing based on olive oil, lemon sols, salt and black pepper combines them perfectly. Brynza can be substituted for feta cheese. Do not forget to try this salad!
Ingredients:- Salad green 1 beam
- Avocado 1 pc.
- Cucumber 1 pc.
- Olives without seeds 70 g
- Brynza 120 g
- Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt 0.3 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare the salad, we need salad leaves, ripe avocado, fresh cucumber, olives without pits, cheese. For refueling, you will need olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black ground pepper.
- Step 2 Avocado clean, remove the stone and cut the flesh of the fetus with a thin, neat, long straw. Lightly sprinkle the avocado with lemon juice to preserve the color.
- Step 3 Brunzu cut into small cubes or cubes.
- Step 4 Cucumber washing, sliced just like avocado.
- Step 5 Olives without pits are cut into thin rings.
- Step 6 Leaves of my salad, we dig our hands in a deep salad bowl.
- Step 7 For filling, we combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black ground pepper. We mix the dressing.
- Step 8 Add the remaining prepared ingredients to the salad leaves: cheese, avocado, cucumber and olives.
- Step 9 Pour the salad dressing.
- Step 10 Mix and serve!
