Salmon roll with lemon.

You will need: 2 kg of salmon, 2 tablespoons of granular mustard, salt, pepper, a bunch of parsley, tarragon and dill, 2 lemons.

To make fish: separate the head, tail, bones (all this can be boiled and cooked broth). Mix the juice from one lemon with one tablespoon of mustard and a tablespoon of olive oil. Pour the mixture into the fish, leave for 20 minutes. Cut the greens finely, cut the second lemon into neat slices. Lay them between the two halves of the fish layer. Add salt, pepper, bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
