We boil about 100 milliliters of water and throw there one teaspoon of sage. We make a weak fire and boil for about three minutes. We put the infusion for 20 minutes, then carefully filter the resulting broth and divide it into two equal parts. We completely cool one part and heat another one. Then we do it alternately, first hot, then cold compresses (10 minutes each).

Also in this case, you can apply contrast compresses . For example, we take small cups for coffee and in one of them we pour warm water into another cold one. Then alternately, for one minute, apply these cups to the problem areas (5 times each cup).

Proper eye care also means strengthening the eye muscles. This helps to remove the same swelling under the eyes and tighten the skin around the eyes. Let's look at special exercises that will help us make our look beautiful, expressive, and help get rid of the shortcomings.

1. You need to close your eyes very tightly, and then, counting yourself to the "three", slowly and open them as widely as possible. This exercise should be done 6 times.

2. You need to close your eyes very tightly, and then open them wide, but you must hold their outer corners with your fingers. This exercise should be done 10-15 times.

3. Gently close your eyes and at this moment try to rotate the eyeballs in a circle - 5 times one way, and the same - in the other.

5. Without turning your head, try to look up, down, left and right. This exercise should be done 7 times.

6. We look up to the stop, then we translate our view to the right and count to 20, then lower the eyelids. Also, exactly repeat the exercise, looking first up, and then left. This exercise should be done 5 times, looking at each side.
