Broccoli begins to appear on the markets and on our tables. It's time to appreciate the broccoli! Well, I suggest starting with a simple recipe of broccoli puree. Shall we try to cook it? 1. Wash broccoli, divide into inflorescences, put in a saucepan with cold salted water and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat with the lid open for 15 minutes. 2. Drain the water, and chop the broccoli into the blender. 3. Add the milk, and put the pan on the fire. Wait until the mash thickens, and then add the oil. 4.
